Transport request

How much does it cost?

Requesting a transport on Fritrak is free. Furthermore, Fritrak does not take any commission so transportation cost will be free of any fees. We do not accept intermediators.

How does it work?

Go to the homepage and click on Transportation Request, then follow the steps.

Is it reliable?

Every transporter subscribed by Fritrak must to be a professional, enlisted in official register of its country, must own a regular tax code. Fritrak staff checks that every vehicle must have a valid insurance contract.

How much does it cost?

Registration is free. You can insert your vehicles and routes without a subscription plan.
To activate a Company Profile, notifications, browse transport requests and in order to send quotations you must buy a subscription plan starting from 120 euro/year VAT not included.

What is the Company Profile?

The Company Profile is a spacial web page (with third level domain) dedicated to your company, in which you can show your brand, vehices and routes. Transportation requests coming from this web page will be sent only to your company. Click on the following link to view an example:

Can i browser all the transportation requests?

No, you can browses only trasportation categories that meets your vehicles capabilities. For example, if you do not have a vehicle capable of car transportation, you will not see request of this kind.

How many vehicles can i put in my page?

All the vehicles you own, even simulated vehicles if you want to. Please pay attention: "Active" vehicles must have a regular plate number, insurance and be part of your Fritrak subscription.

What does "Active Vehicle" mean?

It means that your vehicle is visible in your "Company Profile" and you'll get transportation requests for goods the vehicle is able to carry.

How many routes can i plan?

Every route you will able to travel.

Can i set my vehicle routes only partial empty?

From your dashboard, it is possible to set load percentage (from full 0% to empty 100%).
